 IAARC is a non-profit-making organisation that uses member subscriptions to develop facilities and services and maintain communication between its members.

IAARC is managed by its board whose directors and presidency continually change on a rolling programme of replacement. This dynamism ensures fresh ideas are brought into the organisation whilst benefiting from the experience of others.
