A System Prototype for Integrating Estimating Data and Planning Information in the Construction Industry

This paper illustrates a system prototype development for integrating estimating data and planning information, based on the standard method of measurement of building works (SMM) and bills of quantities. This results in the integration of estimating data and planning information for management. Sensitivity of the system prototype to changing conditions during the production process is also discussed, together with its general application in practice.
