Moved the note atop of "ISARC 2004", added an image, and changed the first sentence of the text from "Next year's ISARC will be held in Ferrara, Italy" to "This year's ISARC will be held in Ferrara, Italy, in september". Also added title="Visit the official web site" on the anchors of both notes.
