Summary
Made a proper page for the ISARC 2008 Proceedings CD, and moved the contents to sub directory.
Details
The contents were initially put directly in /external/isarc2008-cd/, which is not how we done it before. Corrected by moving it into the www/ sub directory, and created a proper index page. We have not placed any redirects in place, so the old links are broken.
