Innovation of the Dutch Window Frame: The Kapla® Concept

The development of the Kapla® window frame means a breakthrough in the timber window frame market in the Netherlands. This development is a typical example of a combined process and product innovation, a joint project with the relevant branch organizations. The success of the Kapla® window frame proved that the methodology developed works well for such innovations. Special tools for mounting the window frame have been developed.
