Important Dates

• Full paper submission deadline: January 15, 2023 extended until January 31, 2023
• Provisional acceptance of papers & comments from reviewers: March 10, 2023 (authors to address comments and revise papers)
• Revised versions due: April 14, 2023 *
• Final notification on acceptance of revised paper: May 5, 2023
• Camera-ready papers upload: May 15, 2023 *
• Conference: July 4-7, 2023

* Please note: due to various types of implications caused by the pandemic, the review and publication process  follows a very strict schedule. It will not be possible to include late submissions of full papers, revised versions, and camera ready papers.

** Please note: as part of the submission process, we will ask the authors to indicate the following:

1. Topics covered by the paper
2. Paper and preferred presentation types
