Gestion des modifications d'un projet de bâtiment a l'aide d'un système expert

L'objet des travaux presentes ici concerne l'optimisation des methodes de conception de lhabitat dans un contexte de CAO. Partant d'une analyse critique du fonctionnement des systemes de CAO-Batiment actuels, nous nous interessons plus particulierement au probleme de l'aide aux modifications dune proposition. Assurer Ia qualite du pro jet, tout en reduisant coats et delais d'etude, necessite en effet de guider le concepteur dans la recherche dune solution ""meilleure"" du point de vue multicritere. Dans un premier temps, sous presentons les principes de modelisation de la qualite retenus, destines a favoriser l'analyse de la qualite du projet, c'est-a-dire la definition des sources des non-qualites eventuellement observees.

Nous presentons ensuite un prototype de systeme expert en cours de developpement devant permettre, a partir d'un constat de non-qualite, de definir parmi le champ des actions possibles, un ensemble d'actions susceptibles de supprimer cette non-qualite puis d'evaluer a priori, pour une de ces actions, et en fonction des regles de construction adoptees pour le projet, l 'ensemble de ses multiples consequences et donc son opportunity reelle. Le systeme presente, developpe sur micro -ordina teur avec le langage PROLOG, dev'rait servir de base de reference pour le module expert d'aide aux modifications ulterieurement adjoint au systeme de CAO X2A.

The aim of works presented in this paper is the optimization of dwelling desing methods within a CAD context.

Starting from a critical analysis of some dwelling CAD systems, we shall interest ourselves more particularly to the problem of the aid to give to the designer during modification of his proposal. In fact, to ensure both the quality of the project and the reduction of studies costs and delays, we have to guide the designer during the research of a ""better solution"" for the multicriteria point of view.

In a first part, we shall present the principles of modelisation of the project quality, intended to facilitate the analysis of the project quality that is the definition of the roots of the non-qualities observed.

Afterwards, we shall present a prototype of expert system, not yet definite, intended to enable, for a non-quality found, the definition of a set of actions apt to suppress this non-quality, and the evaluation, a priori, for one of these actions, of the set of all its numerous consequences, therefore its real opportunity, and this in taking into account the construction rules adopted for the project.
